How I Started:
Have always trained since highschool. Was the only girl that really went to the gym to weight train. They used to call me "Quadzilla" lol
Why I Love It:
Definately a natural high!
How I Stay Motivated:
I look forward to training every day. If I don't go, I feel horrible. If I have a craving for something "bad", I think about how hard I trained that day (with 60mins cardio) and don't let the craving take over. I want to see how far I can transform myself..
I love waking up each morning when I am lean and checking out my accomplishments. Great feeling...

whats the best way to get toned? and get more defination? I feel like im at where i want to be at! Alot of people- family and friends- are telling me that im really big now and i dont want to get any bigger. I just want to cut down. Should i be doing alot of light weight high reps? what worked for best for you in the past or when you were getting preped for you contest? I know you cal intake was very little.
