Transform My Body

I want to live to 100.

I`ve had too many people dying too young around me. My God,my niece died in her sleep from a heart attack.She was 41. I was on the road to heart disease and diabeties and only by the grace of God did I turn my life around and start getting healthy. I quit smoking 4 years ago and started exercising. It has only been these last few months that I have really seen changes in my body . I finally got serious and quit eating processed food and am now eating really clean. I give God all the credit for giving me the strength and willpower to make the right choices.
