Just wanted to try my husband's bowflex and got hooked on weight traing since then.^^
Why I Love It:
There are so many reasons why I like about it.
But since I'm mother of two little children. It really really really~ helps me to reenergize my body and mind for my children and myself
Plus I get to be look good for my husband as well. ^^

Hey Suzi! I should go thru my closet too - um, maybe later! Thx about my husband - i think so too :) On MsFitness' site (see in pink bikini in my "friends" section) she says to make the healthy meals and just put cheese all over it for the kids - it totally works!! I have shredded cheddar, shred. mozzerella and Parmesan & they get to choose and they'll eat ANYTHING!! see if it works for you...
Maybe we can stay in touch and kinda hold each other accountable for workouts? Did you do anything today? I did 20 min walking on treadmil and 6 sets of 10reps crunches. I know-kinda wimpy but at least it's something I guess! I ate crappy though. Tomorrow I'll try again. Do you have any good recipes that are semi-healthy? Some of the recipes I've seen have 35 ingredients and are such a weird combination of stuff! yuck! So tell me all about what youve been up to!
