Just wanted to try my husband's bowflex and got hooked on weight traing since then.^^
Why I Love It:
There are so many reasons why I like about it.
But since I'm mother of two little children. It really really really~ helps me to reenergize my body and mind for my children and myself
Plus I get to be look good for my husband as well. ^^
How I Stay Motivated:
by reading fitness magazines and looking at beautiful fitness models picture.
I know right!!? Slow progress IS a killer! Winter always makes me hang on to a few extra lbs. hate that! we gotta keep at it! it'll pay off - if it was easy,everyone would be fit right? So plan your workout tomorrow and tell me what u did ok? I will too. Dont let me down! lol! I'll be checking!

Hi Suz! How was your weekend? do anything fun? We went to the beach a bunch last week and maybe again tomorrow. I love it there. Did you make a workout chart?
Part II: heres what I did - I gave myself a goal of 5 weeks to start with, and wrote a quick chart of two lower body workouts and one upper body workout for each of those 5 weeks. Then I just cross them off each time I do one. Then I would think... only 8 more leg workouts ... only 7 more... etc. Now it's habit and I just wanna keep on. You almost have to get mad at your flab. I hated how it felt on my sides & back when I would run up the stairs... that jiggle - yuck!
Ok Jello-butt... back to the gym two more times this week! awww.. I cant be your "hardcore critic"!! The main thing is that you get to the gym - even if your workouts arent real long, you know? I used to go all crazy into it for about two weeks then couldnt keep up with my 2 hour workouts, and all the cardio - now I've got 4 weeks of consistant training behind me and I'm only in the gym for about 40 min each workout!
