I just started my new routine. I think my old routine had me overtraining. I now do chest and triceps the same day instead of chest and biceps. Well see how it goes. I started out at 65lbsx10 then 75x8, 80x8 85x6. i had a hard time finishing the last set. Had to stop at 4 then do two more....

Terrific job on your back. Muscled, ripped and wide. Solid shoulders, strog delts, good peaks on the way and solid forearms. Great traps on profile pic, thick neck, solid delts again, big chest/pecs and arms. Congrats and continued success. André
