Its a board. It gets your nervous system stronger to handle heavier poundages. It is possible to hurt your back that way if you dont warm up properly. How is your training going?

hi pal, yeah still got my competing goals but only one show now as im being made redundant n wont be able to afford them all. got myself lots of stuff for the garage so i can kp up my fighting training n that shud get me nmega ripped in plenty of time with my diet.
