Overall Goal: working out and dieting is harder than I thought but im not giving up I can't wait untill jan 28 when I put up some new pics with new amazing results P.s im going to make it look easy!!!!

The way I get the feeling of intence workout it's the best feeling also stretching is also important at the beging of a workout and after it varies at times

Doing a variety of various workouts such as yoga,plites I just started a year ago it's amazing how relax you feel

Staying fit and gaining my phyique by doing calisthenics, plyometrics mostly im doing free weight to build mass and complete physique

I take pride in my flexibility stretching is more important than working out if you want development in your muscles you have to stretch period!!!! if you're not you're just wasting your time go hard or go home no stuggle no progresss it's as simple as that!!!
when i started working out hard it was tough all I mostly did anyway was calisthenic and plyometric training no weights when i actually started going to the gym more regular i got more shredded in no time but im happy with my size it's very nature who noes i mught decide to get huge!!!
