Started lifting weights for football in high school, started competing for the lifting team, and also trained for wrestling and track.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the cuts in my body, the strength increases, and the overall feeling of not being weak!
How I Stay Motivated:
I think to myself what a twig I would look like if I hadn't worked out. Sex appeal. Most important, I think about the people that are bigger, faster, and stronger than me.
BB Accomplishments:
Repping 225 on bench for the first time.

This was when I was taking redline and had way too much energy to burn.
30 minutes after the gym while stacking NO-Shotgun (pre-workout), Zero Impact (morning and night), and Nitronx (post-workout)
glad to see your rep green to. If your looknig for hydrolysate protein like I said myozene is good but vp2, anabolic window are also good post-workout whey hydrolysates. Best of luck to you man.

You should try myozene as a post workout supp cause it has lots of ultra whey hydrolysates and alot more and can munipulate gene experession. 16 serving are in it although it is expensive I think you will get good gains. Just keep changing your workout routines up and keep your diet good and keep up the hard work man. Also CEX should help with your VPX stack.
