What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
IMPROPER POSITION, DON'T WARE SAFETY ITEMS(i.e. belts, traps etc.)

great abs, I have been gone cause I broke my ribs on ice. but you need traps now, and forearms, the reat is perfect and dont neglect your legs and calves
