I'm wanting to take part in the Two Oceans Half Marathon next year.
Goal (Long):
Now that i've lost all my excess weight, i'm wanting to maintain my weight and work towards a bodyfat% of 12-14 while retaining muscle and toning up. The more muscle I have and fat I lose the fast and longer I can run. I've set my sites on running the Two Oceans Half Marathon which is 21,1km. It's a big goal as two years ago i couldn't even run 1km. Right now I'm running a 10km weekly,doing weights and cross-training (spinning,etc. Getting toned abs will be an added bonus. Wish me luck...
