I started in college with a couple of buddies and the longer i did it the more I liked it. It has slowly become a large part of my life. Although sometimes I wish I could dedicate myself a little more; I know that if I would my gains would be tremendous.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the gains and the way I feel after an intense session.
How I Stay Motivated:
Sometimes it's very hard but I know that if I can make it in there I will at some point feel the drive that I need to make it through.
BB Accomplishments:
My bench went up enormously the first 6-8 months. I started with close to 20% BF and am now down to 12.7%. My goal is to reach 6 or 7% and be ripped.
yesterday was my last day of taking the Universal Animal M-Stack. I did it consecutively everyday until the last day when I got sick and was unable to take it. However, I took it the following day so I don't think I really interupted the cycle, besides, it was the last pack. I feel...
OMG!!!that's awsome that you surf.My BF used to and i always wnated to learn,but since we moved to the middle of nowhere is hard to surf in habitat where the nearest ocean is 6 hours away.

Dude, i wouldn't worry about not devoting full time to lifting. You appear to have mnead some sufficinant gains from the work outs you are doing.
