How I Started:
I originally started going to the gym in college because I was on the crew team and needed to build some muscle. At this point I really didn't know what I was doing.
It wasn't until the following year (2002) when I really put a diet/training program together and followed it.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good, and is a great stress relief after being at work all day. Just being in the gym surrounded by people who care about themselves and their health is a good feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror everyday, and going to the bb.com forums everyday and seeing everyone else's progress.
BB Accomplishments:
This was a while ago, but the first time I could rep out 135 on the bench. It felt good, and mentally was a big step for my lifting.
I started a new cut program in January. This program is a Protein Sparing Modified Fast (PSMF) Diet. It's goal is to shed fat from the body while preserving lean body mass. This diet is basically all lean protein with vegetables and a few supplements. I am also adding the E/C stack the last few weeks of the diet to kick up my metabolism.

It has been a few months (probably more) since I was on a healthy diet and solid training program. I have put on some weight since then, and it's about time to take it off! I am going to Cancun in about a month, so this is my attempt to get back in shape. Wish me luck!

i saw you were trying a diet plan. hows that going for you. you are a bit taller than me but we are about the same weight. Let me know how your progress is going, I may need some tips.
OMG, they DO!!! we can talk **** about them. they told me some weird ****. they told me not to do atg squats amongst other things. like bench form stuff.
