Good luck with that 500M. I am training up for a tri in Oct, the swim is 1500. The swimming is kicking my butt (and I really hate swimming in the first place)

Water in Dallas will be around 76, not bad. I would trade some of your swim skills for long distance running, I have run 11 marathons. Had my butt kicked after only 500 M today! Great pix.

1500M, 40K, 10K US Open Dallas Oct 15th. I am marathoner (last time March '07 3:38) and rec biker. Just never tried competive swim). I am thinking about getting a trainer to work on form

Big D is good...The cowboys are giving us something to yell about. I am still cutting and tryingto find that "happy place" where I look cut. I had a lot more fat hiding out than I thought. Where is Suprise AZ?
