Reason: When I first started weight training last year I found Ava's photos online and was amazed at how strong and sexy she was. I went back and studied photos and articles from Ava's history until today. I was impressed at how she has developed her physique and career - through a lot of hard work and determination - competitions, her website, videos and professional relationships. And Ava's Iron Man shoot last year was so inspirational and is still one of my favourite female physique videos!

Reason: JNL inspires me because she keeps it real. Check out her bodyspace here and you can see her goals - for competing and for the development of her physique. Now that takes balls to put it out there when you have such a public persona. I also admire how she has branded herself and built a successful multi-faceted business. She obviously works very hard, has her feet on the ground and is generous to her fans. Oh yeah, and did I mention she is super sexy?

Reason: Suz inspires me because she is so generous with her time - taking an interest in members here, encouraging them and checking up on their progress. Despite having a busy life and a job she finds time to really care about people - and she is a natural motivator. Often when I visit her profile I noticed all the great comments back from people who she has taken the time to build great relationships with. I admire that tremendously. And she trains hard, eats healthy and continues to see progress!

Reason: Erin Stern inspires me because she has an abundance of positive energy! She is naturally super athletic and looks amazing when she moves, runs, jumps or workouts. At 5.8 she has developed a lot of muscle with great form, shape and definition, not easy to do with the extra height. And she is a successful business person to boot! Erin comes across as a very down to earth, happy person who is passionate about what she is doing. I hope all her dreams come true!
