How I Started: realized was was becoming a big boy after i join i shoot up from 135 to 180 before i was kind of small but in shape now i have the mass i just need to carve it

Thats good to hear! Don't rely too much on the scale. It won't tell the whole story, if you are working out and eating right your body is changing. Keep it up!
