I have been working out since I was about 19 yrs old. I had goals and always met them. I am running 3-5 miles/day 5 days a week and weight train 4-5 times/week. I have consistently made 1st or 2nd place in 5K races.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of accomplishment when all the hard work you do shows. It takes time, but so worth the effort.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read tons of articles on bodybuilding.com and magazines.
BB Accomplishments:
I had absolutely no upper body muscle tone when I first started training 8 yrs ago and have come a long way since then.

Pretty frustrated that I cant get bigger muscles. I guess I will just stick to running and winning races. That is way more fun too!
Goal (Long):
I am trying to be the best I can be. I want to get leaner and stay looking feminine. So basically keep the muscle I have now, just maintain it while cutting. I think that's a pretty attainable goal. I know I can do it.
Plan on competing in April 2010.
Hey Bethany, thanks for the add. Hope you're feeling better and that elbow isn't giving you too much trouble. Looking great by the way. Keep training if you can. :)
