What is your cardio exercise plan?
run about 4 miles on tuesday, thursday i do something like a 60/120 deal where you sprint for a minute and walk/jog for 2 minutes saturday i do i fun cardio like basketball.
So i was playin football with my brother and a few friends saturday and hurt my knee. I went to the er and they said it was fine, but to talk with my regular doc. I went to see him yesterday and he sent to me to get an MRI, found out that i have a torn ACL. I am with 1 week of workin...
One day at a time man...the diet is the most important part, so it's good you're staying on top of that. As for me...I take the days as they come and try to exert all my energy in the gym. So far so good...just making sure I don't burn myself out and actually rest on my rest days instead of trying to get in an extra ab or cardio workout. Keep trucking as you said and I will do the same! Later
I do the P90X as hard as I can! right as Programmed, with exception of yoga (don't do)do elliptical instead.Eat totally clean :lean meats, lots of veggies, whole grain,no simple carbs,no sugars.
Who ordered the but kicking, with a side of hard work, and lots of pain. You sir, did you want to add a side a confidence and pride.
Your welcome! LOL!!

Now that more like it! I always enjoy a good kick in the pants, (usaully from user rockcandybaby) because he helps me with the mental thing.
He makes me stop feeling sorry for myself and work harder and stronger!
That makes me more determine. So you get out there and show the world who you are! And be dang proud of that! Because it not the outside that defines you, it what inside!

You'll get there, tell yourself that you look good, and more importantly believe it! Progress is progress, you do look better than you did before, right! So that's progress, never downgrade who you are, because even if you are 500lbs over weight you are not a bad person!
lol, mine will reverse in due time. My dad was a PJ for 30 years. Hit retirement and his metabolism slowed but he kept eating the same and not PTing anymore... blimped up and finally broke down and started trying to get in shape.
nice, yea i've been trying to put on some mass and pounds. We've been having a bunch of mandatory group PT that's eatting the calories quicker than I can replace em'... having a high metabolism is a very sharp double edged sword...lol
