I got started last year doing just moderate cardio 2x a week. It went well until I hurt my knee and had to stop. I started again a month ago after going through a long period of no exercise.
Why I Love It:
I've never seriously tried to lift before and just thought I'd try it to see what kind of results I can get with a dedicated 3-6 months.
How I Stay Motivated:
I like to read about other peoples accomplishments and make sure I have things around me that remind me about my goals.
BB Accomplishments:
I lost just under 20lbs last year.

This was the very beginning...
Where my back is now, hoping for a good deal of progress here. More pics as time progresses at new gym.
This week of workouts has been the best I've had since I started. I almost feel bad at how short I was falling before joining a real gym... the quality of equipment and the range of weight I have access to is drastically better!

i'd rather have homefield, but at the same time we played the cubs well and SHOULD have won all four!! i just want to see the mets miss out entirely :)
