I love to lift and I'd rather be in the gym than most places. It's easy to stay motivated because I enjoy the process independently of any results! However, I have been going at it for a good while and have come a long way. My Strength is coming in all areas, but I'm very concious of symmetry and proper form - I never attempt to increase too fast. A lot of this comes from my desire to increase flexibility. I incorporate deep yoga-like stretches and flexing when appropriate pre or post workout. Big arms and chest come cheap as far as I'm concerned, but to really be a badass, I think you should be able to drop into a split! I'm almost there thanks to some hard work on hip flexors, quads, and hammies - there is nothing like touching your toes on some elevated straight leg dead lifts! All this said, I do get decent mass results. I'm pretty solid all over but my best feature is probably my back with some pretty wide lats thanks to thousands and thousands of varied grip pull ups! Anyway, "My Goal" is to just continue with my patterns of success and maybe in 2-3 years try to get on stage or onto a magazine cover! Who knows...As long as I can get fired up with some hard rock from the Mp3 player, I will be in the gym.

Ralph, looks like you are making some great progress. You've got some excellent flexiblilty as can be seen in your photos. Like you said you got some lats that really add to that v-taper. Keep pumping hard man!
Very good leg development Ralph! Very few people show their legs because it is always hard to make them look good :) excellent job in giving them size and content.
I would say that this bod is more than decent mass. Excellent job so far on neck, traps, chest, arms, lats and back. You certainly have solid motivation and goals and best of luck in your goals even maybe competing one day. Andre
