Well I take Con-cret an hour prior training, with 2 caps of bcaa's.

Then after workout I take two caps of Glutamine. and a protein shake

Drew67 Ya its safe to continue your creatine intake just as long as your drink plenty of water, But if you do take a break from it and go back don't do the whole loading stage imo its pointless just need your 5g a day. Mar 12, 2012 1:03pm
