How I Stay Motivated:
Honestly i have the sickness.I call the sickness,is when you c your first muscle pop out 2 the world.Or when u c the first vein.Or u make ur first major goal.Real muscle heads know what the sickness is
BB Accomplishments:
Lifting 315 the first time on the bechpress.Also coming off a back injury an being able to deadlift 405.

Goal (Long):
I want to be able to see 6 pack that i can be proud of.I've put on a few pounds.What I've done is lose a good portion of body fat, and pick up some muscle.I still have a long way to go.Also become certified as a personal trainer.
