Smoothcut I eat about 5-7 times a day. If you can, several small meals 6-8 is best, but eating say 5-6 larger meals won't be too much difference, as long as you get your total calorie numbers in by the end of the day.I'm currently clean bulking very slowly and am eating 3,400-3,800 calories a day. To maintain I only need around 2,800. Currently sticking to high carbs (400-500 carbs), medium protein (about 1.5g per pound), & fats around 70-85g. Nov 29, 2011 8:00pm
