No, not Turkey, and pumpkin pie and all that lovely ****e which I ate loads of on T-Day. Leftover from the other day's workout today was Triceps and Abs. And I'm pleased to report (uh to myself) that I got two more PR's today on the Skullcrushers and Tri Pressdowns, YAYA.
The workouts that you still "feel" days later. Are the BEST!! After 3 days of not working out, My Dumba$$ decided to try to push 650 on the leg press....I'll be feeling it for a few days. But it was worth it to see the look on peoples faces!!

Thanks. Yeah, I've been kinda thinkin the same thing, but I though the CSCS would be more credible. It might be more trouble than it's worth for me though. I basically know nothing when it comes to plyometrics and speed drills and such! LOL, I've never even done them myself!!! Have a great Thanksgiving - hey, it'll help w/ your bulk =) I'm trying to not get any fatter! Haha

How I wrote it did not make sence, lol, thats why I hate texting and writing period. Sorry hun. But yes, what is a good stopping point, should she set a target bulk weight then cut to her desired weight and have a banging sexy body than she has now? Happy Thanks Giving to hun, early that is!

Football all day (oh yeah) and since I do love me some Turkey....well, yep, the pants usually come unbottoned at some point. How goes the strength coach thing btw?
