Weightlifting Day yaya. Realllly excited cause tonight I Snatched 45kg and my max back in the day was 50kg and I was at least 10lbs heavier, so close!!
Hey Christen! Thanks for the complement, I cant wait to update py progress photos this week to see the changes, and I am having my measurements taken again either this week or next week. My bulking is going quite well, I love my meal plan and I am the stongest I've ever been in my entire life, I will be chest pressing the sslb dumbbells tomarrow for the first time!!! I cant wait. Wish I could train with you, There are no other girls at my gym that like to lift heavy. :(
ha oh my damn, you're right.. I read a few of your leg workouts... i dunno if aspirin would cut it. I think i'm gonna try one of your workouts tho.. I love not being able to walk after a workout
Hi Christen- mass adding is super! Today was heavy leg- pressed 24 plates (of course, after attempting 26 and dropping the stack after completing 2 reps. Grrrrrr)! Measurements to be taken Sunday. Excited to see progress! Just need to keep my head in it. Let the Hulking begin!!
