Yo! I too am goin for the CSCS, I think. I might just get the CPT, b/c I doubt I will train athletes... not much of a sports guy. But, I also feel since I have the degree in EXS I should get the CSCS. Anyway, you gotta let me know what ya think of the test. You're lookin great! How are ya doin?
One more thing hun, can you give advice to me one a friend of mine that wants to just gain muscle and be toned. What I mean is diet, should she bulk even if there is no need to? or should the diet just be more of a means to get her through the workouts? HELP!
