OK so it's been awhile, new year new start!! i am at 255 and looking to get to at least 220 in 6 months! i'm trying to get back into basketball playing shape!! this is my new years resolution!!

I train about 6 days a week and I have been lifting over 11 years. I really didnt get into it seriously until about 4 years ago, and my diet is usually ultra clean. I get called the food Nazi, or the whole bit of "you dont know how to have fun'"! I have a sample diet on my blog if you would like to see! Thanks for the support bro!
