Increases my energy, reduces stress, and lifts my spirits.
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated by reading women's bodybuilding mags and by just going to the gym whenever I feel lethargic or down. Now that it's a habit and I know how much better I will feel, it's a no-brainer!

Goal (Long):
Taking care of my body reduces stress and motivates me to instate better lifestyle habits. My goal is to achieve a high degree of mental and physical discipline so that my body and my mind are capable of doing everything _I_ want to do. I dance and I participate in diverse outdoor activities, so being strong and in control of my body is important to preventing injuries. I also want to look HAWT!

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I always keep gym clothes and my gym bag in the car, ready to go. That way if I find myself near the gym or with some time to kill, I can go right then.
I am currently following a modified whole-body & light cardio/day off & heavy cardio split, with the exception of working my calves and forearms on my cardio day. I changed to this from an upper/lower split to enable me to do more multi-muscle exercises and hopefully reduce the amount...
