It's great to have progress pics on here. It really does tell the story. I see myself in the mirror all the time so I don't notice all the changes that I've made. I still know their is much room for improvement and thank you for the kind words. Hard work does pay off, it just takes a while and knowledge of what fuel to put in the tank. Best of luck to you. Looks like the muscle is coming on nicely.

Good job man. You look like you have a good amount of dedication. I've always fought with a fast metabolism, but with age it has been slowing and knowledge of nutrition has definitely helped. Exercise is the fountain of youth. I see so many guys on here that look younger than people my age and some of them are almost twice that!

He had cards for personal training at the northside fitness table at the classic. He won the Emerald cup Overall and Middleweight in 05.

Does your wrestling promotion ever come to Spokane WA? I think we are about 5 hours away from Misoula. I am leaving for NY Wed to visit family and will be checking out Killer Kowalski's School in MA as well as Monster Factory in NJ. I'm leaning more tourds Kowalski since he trained HHH.
