How I Started:
I initially began with 2 years of martial arts training (kung fu/hapkido). This, I feel, taught me some discipline which helped me when I started weightlifting.
Why I Love It:
The release of worries and frustrations, the satisfaction of accomplishment after a good workout and seeing results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Eat good, supplement and educate myself through reading about fitness.
BB Accomplishments:
I gained almost 50lbs in 4 years from my original starting weight of 145lbs and dropped 2 pants sizes. I am now at 192.

When I started working out about 4 years back, I was 145lbs and 2 pant sizes bigger.
I want to gain muscle, don't care about gaining too much fat right now, it's not to hard for me to lose it.

Thanks! Been busting my butt to get back into shape. With a daughter in college I need to be in pretty good shape to put the fear into the young bulls at her school. Fat guys aren't that scary... Have a great day.
