How I Started:
I initially began with 2 years of martial arts training (kung fu/hapkido). This, I feel, taught me some discipline which helped me when I started weightlifting.
Why I Love It:
The release of worries and frustrations, the satisfaction of accomplishment after a good workout and seeing results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Eat good, supplement and educate myself through reading about fitness.
BB Accomplishments:
I gained almost 50lbs in 4 years from my original starting weight of 145lbs and dropped 2 pants sizes. I am now at 192.

When I started working out about 4 years back, I was 145lbs and 2 pant sizes bigger. I want to gain muscle, don't care about gaining too much fat right now, it's not to hard for me to lose it.
