After 2 months I was feeling tired TIME TO TAKE ACTION

I have started with Pilates and a new diet with veggies and a lot of water... very proud

Here I am again.
Today is one month from my first pilates class, and I have to say that I am very happy with the results. After my c-section I was feeling really down, and It wasn't the feeling I wanted to have... but it was there....
I have tried several diets, training programs...
