I really got bit by the workout bug in high school, getting ready for football season. I lost about 30 pounds after a bad concussion and needed to put the weight back on pretty fast.
Why I Love It:
Too many things to list... You can't beat the feeling of pumping iron in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
Never be satisfied. I heard someone say, “The greatest limiter of a person’s potential is success.” That’s because we typically sit back on our laurels after getting a trophy or shiny piece of paper. Always keep looking for the next challenge.

Fat, Dumb, & Happy
I totally spilled over on Friday morning and starting holding more water.
I am getting back in the "competition game" after a 3 year layoff.
Goal (Long):
I had a pretty successful year in 2002 with all of my competitions. I placed in the top five in two out of three competitions. Then "life" got in the way. Now it's time to take back what's mine...
I did some back and bi’s yesterday. The shoulder hindered my biceps movements, but surprisingly didn’t affect my back too much. Probably because I was thinking about it the WHOLE time ;) I still took it easy when I had movements with more shoulder involvement. Man, this...
You are making great progress and I congratulate you especially on the Arnold placing. Keep pushing yourself and trust your muscle memory. I wish you much success.
Hi there...training is going well...
Don't have a show date yet, still trying to decide, but I am getting ready...anything for you lately or soon?
LOL,C
Hey - yes the training is going well. Carbs are still fairly high and I'm on double cardios. Changing up the workouts a little to try and get more definition in my quads. I hope to be at about 12% bodyfat this weekend. Your progress pics look really good. Keep up the good work! :)
I actually like it quite a bit. As soon as I started Aplodan I got 10% or more increase on all my lifts. Also my intensity is like never before. I actually read the patent application for the product and was impressed. I understand the science. I'm confident it's not placebo because I always train 100% to the max. 10% across the charts in one week is something.
Training is going great! However, I got sick there for a while, so my diet hasn't been too good. I had lost 10lbs, but it was all muscle, so I spent two weeks to replenish myself, and now I'm finally on track with my diet. It was a rough one. Thanks for asking! How about yourself?!
thankyou for that wonderful compliment, that kind of feedback makes me wanna train harder! You look fantastic, keep up the good work and anything is possible!
