Hey man, I bulked about 4 years ago, ballooned to 220 lbs., fat and more fat and lifting really heavy. Right now I am working hard to hang on to all the muscle I have left. Good luck with the goals.

Motivation for bodysculpting down, but motivation for other things is up. I will back in it soon enough.

Thanks for the tip, will do a little research, will try anything once. Could always feel the bone on bone rub, but only recently started hurting. Your making some nice progress, congrats.

Thanks so much, hoping to see more dramatic results with the fine tuning. ie super clean diet, heavier lifting, less cardio. Lookin' good yourself.

Actually I started to go to a gym for the cardio equipment this winter. Doing a triathlon on Saturday and have lost a lot of size. Will hopefully keep the diet clean after the race to get the muscle back.

Your calves are killer, showing lots of striations, very impressive. Great vascularity with the latest progress pic.

That is what I am thinking, made a lot of progress when I first started, now not so much. I need to keep posting to give me that motivation. I just hate seeing the same names and pics everytime I log on. Anyway a few years from now, I guess we can look at the pics and decide when we looked our best and follow that program. Good luck with your goals and thanks for the comment.

Have yet to get a look at your "Space" but appears we have similar builds. I think supplements had their place when I was trying to gain weight, but just do not think they are a wise investment as I am attempting to lean up. Good luck with your goals.

I too was working the "chab" combo of chest and abs, zero definition. My wife cannot see the strength, but she see the muscles and the priorities changed. Looking good and wish well with your goals.
