I'm 30 Years old and feeling overweight so for my birthday gift I asked my husband to give me a gym membership. He told me that if I was serious about loosing the weight that he would do it before summertime was over... I just had to put forth the effort by working out around the house and if he saw that I was serious about loosing the baby fat that he would do it.

Determination goes a long way!

Nursing my youngest daughter helped me loose a good 20 to 30 pounds of baby fat from the time she was born till her fist birthday. I still wanted to get my gym membership though, so all spring I busted my tail lifting weights and doing cardio that my husband saw the results he needed to get my gym membership. I was 145 pounds by the end of August and looking forward to wearing a bikini next summer instead of street clothes

Five months after joining golds gym, my husband was so excited to see my "old body" coming back that he cleared out the media room to make a weight room so he could catch up to me. For those of you that don't know it; GUYS gain baby fat along with us women when we get pregnant!

This is what dedication looks like! Yup, I gave up eatting all my favorite junk foods, sodas, and even drinking (getting drunk) however I will have an occassional glass of wine on my cheat days along with my dark chocolate!

I'm not dropping pounds this week but I am getting ripped! Still at 133 but stronger faster and ready for more

It feels good to be able to cook, clean, play with my girls, go to the gym, bathe my cuties, get them to bed and still have energy for my husband when he comes home from work at night. It's awesome what bodybuilding does for ones mind, body and soul!
