After having two beautiful little girls at 18 months apart I heard the ads for Gold's gym and wanted to transform my body into the slim and sexy woman I was prior to pregnancy. I knew that I needed to get more energy, because running around after my girls left me feeling worn out every night. I was feeling fat, lazy, tired and hated the way I looked in all those brag books of my girls that I was determined to loose the 60 Lbs. I had gained between the both of them.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of how I feel after each visit to the gym. I have more energy, a positive outlook on life and have more fun with my family.
How I Stay Motivated:
What really motivates me is my girls
I take them to the gym with me each time I go and they love the daycare center where they play with their friends. Once the pounds started dropping and my energy went through the roof it was easy for me to stay motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
Since August of last year I have lost 50 Lbs.

This is what I looked like before they took me into the hospital to give birth to my second daughter; I was so happy to finally meet this beautiful baby
I need to eat clean, get off of GMO Foods, drink more water, Do my Cardio after my body builiding when at the gym and make sure to ask the trainers for help when I need it. I would like to loose another 10 Lbs. so that I look slimmer in pictures than I do now (I'm a bit "thick") and ask around to find out what I have to do to get started in a fitness modeling career.

Lie flat on the floor with your head and shoulders underneath a high and sturdy table. Grab the table edge with both hands, palms shoulder distance apart and facing in. The One Arm Triceps Dip
Sit on the floor with your legs and feet pressed together, knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Place your hands a foot behind your butt, palms, shoulder distance apart, fingers pointing toward your rear. Straighten your arms to raise your butt off the floor. Front Lift Lunge
Targets Thights, Glutes, Calves, Abs, Shoulders
Stand with feet shoulder width apart, arms at your sides hold 10 Lb. Dumbbells lift arms over head palms facing in, lifting right leg from the hip until it's parallel to the ground. Hold for 2 counts, then drop right foot into a front lunge. As you lower into the lunge, bring both arms out to your sides at shoulder height. Hold for 2 Counts then rise and return to standing positon. Hold for 2 counts, then rise and return to standing, bringing legs and arms back to starting position. Alternating at 20 Reps.
