How I Started:
I was big time athlete most of my life, played football, basketball, and baseball. Most my skills are good enough for Football and Basketball. I started workout little like on cybex machine when I was young till I got to High School. That how I start use BFS program. From there, it motivated me become bigger, faster, and stronger. After that, always start workout every day plus got job as fitness staff at Gold's Gym same time go to high school plus trained for local pro wrestling.
I went to Gallaudet University(deaf university in Wash, D.C.) I played football for 6 year, During that time, I got bigger and stronger, was like almost 290lbs defensive lineman and offensive lineman. Goal was to go NFL, so I did had agent and scouts watch me played in college but I didn't make enough effort to go try otu NFL, I wish I did but well, life move on. Still workout crazy haha.
Why I Love It:
I love to workout because it kept me busy and make myself look good and same time confidence with my body plus healthy lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
Simple, Committed and Deligence.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing, no contest or any awards related to bodybuilding.
Just college football accomplishments as offensive player of year, coach awards, dirty 30 bison award, and all conference and all star player. Plus all star for Inturmural basketball team average 20 points and 10 rebounds a game.

* Be able to bench press 500 lbs.
* Gain more muscle lean.
* Goal weight around 230 to 240 lbs.
* 10 to 15 body fat percent.
* gain 20 inches on arms.

I am wondering what yall think about that ? Many people are having hard time to think who is really strongest in weight room, think about all bodybuilder with nice size and muscle mass are more ususally train with endurance , high reps with low weight while athletes training in strength...
hey man i was lookin around on the football search thing and saw u on here and was wonderin if i could get some help rite now im tryin to get scouted for college football but im about 2 be a junior and i only bench 235 and squat 325
i would take i serving of gaspari sizeon during workouts,1 serving of gaspari sp250 20 minutes before working out and probably 3 or 4 whey protein shakes at 50 grams a piece,that should really kick up your gains,it did for me and everyone i recommend it to seems to love the gaspari stack.
eas is a good company but to be honest i have tried many different products and i would say gaspari is in my opinion the best,and i am a former muscletech fan until i tried gaspari,and for the money nothing beats twinlabs whey protein fuel its only 25.00 for 68 25 gram sewrvings.

Yeah I came here about 3 years ago and have not done a lot of BBQ eating actually. I bad that way when I'm close to what is supposed to be wonderful I usually take it for granted. I rew up a efw Miles from Myrtle Beach SC and only went a efw times.
honestly i would stay away from cell tech,i took it for two years and got bloated because to much sugar,go with sizeon from gaspari, i have gained more size from this with out the bloat,and tips for arm size are go for reps in the 5-8 range,slow negatives,xreps,stretch the bis and tris between sets,go to failure on every set,use cheat reps,stick to bb curls,db curls,hammers,skull crushers,narrow grip benches and bench dips.
great stats bro,looking huge and strong,right now i am taking i serving of sizeon during workouts and 2 scoops of sp250 right before workouts and 20 grams of whey protein thruout the day.
