How I Started:
getting ready for special forces training. i'm trying to do everything possible to make sure i make it. i want this so bad. i need to build mad strength and cut a lot of fat. i need to cut a few minutes off my 2 mile run time and up my push up and situps as well. I'm not so concerned about looking big anymore. i just want to be called a green beret so I'm going to be trying a lot of core exercises to work on overall strength and agility.

How I Stay Motivated:
Just got done doing some training with some special forces soldiers and they were the shit. i need to do that. I am tired of working with guys who aren't motovited and don't want to be here. I love my job and I love the army. the best way for me to get ahead is to become a special forces green bret so that's what i'm going to do. i refuse to quit until that gets done. I will meet this goal. I don't care what anyone thinks.
This was taken when I first got back from Iraq. I was still in pretty good shape but now have gained a lot of weight. (the bad kind) It's time to cut some fat.
Right Now I need to burn as much fat as possible. With summer coming up I want to show off a little. The overall goal is to be that guy in the mags that people look at and say ewww, gross that's too big.

I also need some help with a good arm workout. I try and try but they never grow. anybody got any ideas. I would put up a workout up here but i've done them all.
Wedensday is kind of an off day for me, I usually do some light abs and run. I also like to swim on these days. Since my short term goal for now is to lose some fat and cut up a little I'm running an hour three times a week, not counting what I have to run with the army which all depends on...

As ive seen from your supplements...man i wouldnt stack hydroxycut with creatine...and especially cellmass...
I'd rather take somethin like noxplode and nitrix for a month...and then stack hydroxycut with a protein shake...that would work better i think...
