Got a Protein shake and a set of gloves for me 21st birthday... and as everyone usually starts out, wanted a big set of arms on me, started training in me garage.
Its only now, 5 years on i'm starting to take things serious within bodybuilding!
Why I Love It:
Still nowhere near happy with me body, but love getting that little bit closer! Am at trial and error with things, but love always learning new things, techniques... the bodies response!
How I Stay Motivated:
Stay motivated through the praise, and through my own goal setting!
BB Accomplishments:
Getting the arms to 18" is my biggest accomplishment. Just need to tighten the chest up now, loose a great deal of body fat, and just trim up really, while maintaining the size (if it was just that easy).
Total body transformation, want to get body fat below 10% Need to tighten up chest, and work harder on doing some cardio work!! Also stick to my diet, especially on the weekend! Im one of these thats perfect through the week, then it come to the weekend...... Chinese???(I blame the girlfriend) lol
Look at his transformation, unreal!! My aim is to get in this shape, through hard work and dedication, has always answered any questions i asked him! Thanks...
We are heading into summer so gonna try to rip up more as have been focussing on growing mass lately. Have a slight tricep injury which is slowly resolving itself. I'II check in with your progress and looks like you are tracking well, great work.
G'day Phil, LMAO all you can eat buffets..they are the best and sounds like you had a good holiday. I generally do 2-3 fitness sessions a week outside weight training and keep this separate. I found that running and boxing are the best way to fast-track weight loss and boost fitness and try to squeeze them in after work. Must be enjoying the english summer - it's hell cold here in Aus. I have just started training after a short break.
Phil, I got the same "problem". My back is naturally too big in comparison with my other muscles and I train it once, in two sometimes 3 weeks. So, unless you want to be competitive in bbdng, I suggest toning down the back training a bit. You might find you have no shirts that fit - lol! G.
Good Luck in reaching all you future goals!Show the world BB.com rocks. Vote for me as model of the month at http://www.worldphysique.com/v otemale.html Thanks for your support!
