My workout cahnges wery often,but right now it look like this:
DAY1: Shoulders 15 set 4-20 reps
DAY2: Chest 15 set 3-20 reps
DAY3: Arms 15 sets for biceps/15 sets for trice
DAY4:Rest
DAY5: Back 15-20 stes 5-20 reps
DAY6: Legs 15 sets for quads/12 for hams/19 for calves 5 -30 reps for all this things |
