I do 3x8 for 3 weeks,4x4 for 2 weeks,2x16 for 2 weeks and 1 week off then start over. And 3 exercises for each body part 2 body parts a day. for EX: Monday 3 chest workouts and 3 Triceps workouts,tues are biceps and back,off wed,tues legs abs,thur traps shoulders and forarms.
