How I Started:
I wanted to gain more muscle mass. I started going to the gym, and i met the right people. I got hooked.
Why I Love It:
I love how i can eat and lift to make my body get huge and strong. It's an uncomparable feeling.

I love going in a doing a different body part and feeling the pump

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
carbs only in morning pre workout and gatorade postworkout then lots of protein throughout the day lean chicken and steak

Def inclined dumbell curls then heavy alternate curls
