Goal (Long): I want to stay around 190 lbs, but continue to lose bodyfat while gaining muscle. Instead of being 205 at about 20% bodyfat, I want to be about 190lbs at about 12% bodyfat.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 12%
