How I Started:
I got started because I went through life being the fat kid. Wasn't popular, no girl friend, didn't know how to socialize, so I changed it.
Why I Love It:
I love working out, because not only has it changed my life, it has led me to help change other peoples lives. Being a personal trainer my opinion is respected, and I love when my clients reach thiere goals.....then strive for new ones.
How I Stay Motivated:
This is something I happen to struggle with. I started lifting because it was fun, and seeing new and quick results were exciting. When I becasme super strict on my diet, and my extreme regiment it wasnt fun. So I try to remember to always have fun with it, be creative with my workouts. Whether its making up my own excersises, or altering someone elses.
BB Accomplishments:
I would say the 2 biggest accomplishments thus far would be losing 101LBS, and going from not picking my self up at all, to doing pull ups with a plate in 5months time.

No
Why or why not?
Because, I find that I am the only one in my circle of friends and family realy serious...they just see me eat ALL the time, and the most I hear is..."why must you take those supplements" lol

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?

I worked Fridy and am a high protien diet I did chest and arms and then played basketball Full court for almost an hour. I am going to start Tommorrow on a split with my lifting at 430 A.M. AND then taking my kids to the Family room and running or doing the eliptical for 30 to 45 minutes. I live on a Air Force base and wish it was open 24 hrs. How long have you been training?
