Workout Program:
I typically run around 20-25 miles a week. I like to mix in long and short distances, cross country style and sprints, and even sometimes uphill. I don't lift weights as much as I used to, I only lift 3-4 times a week to maintain my strength and power. I currently take/practice martial arts 3-4 times a week. As time permits, I also throw in a yoga class or two.
