How I Started:
It's always been a part of my life. Worked at a military gym as a teenager. Assisted with shows in Hawaii from where I originally came from. My first favorite female body builder was Denise Rutowski! Met Dorian Yates and Flex Wheeler gave me the hibby jibbies!
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel and look. It comes from a passion I had from when I was younger.

Currently 126 lbs, 5'5 1/2". Want in increase muscle and strength, tone and firm up the lower half region of my body. Family history is obese and have been working out my entire life to prevent bad genetics. I'm 33 and working to be in the best shape of my life for the rest of my life!

You can do lighter weight squats higher reps..I do 25-50 with light weights...a few sets. As for calves, I honestly haven't done much specific calf training...they get worked I think from my regular quad and hamstring training. I am glad you are so motivated...let's get this done for you!!!!
