Working out prior to Tri-Fitness Show. Had to be able to Bench Press 60% of my bodyweight for 50 reps. YIKES!! But DID IT!!

This was my competitor(I'm on the right); not to say the other girls weren't great, but this girl had the legs that I did not. I got 2nd in Open middleweight.
