When I Started: Jan, 2003
How I Started: Always played sports and very athletic, someone mentioned I should compete. I did, and still do.
Why I Love It: It is such a great release of stress and anxiety. It makes me look and feel great.
How I Stay Motivated: I decided to compete at least once a year until I win my Pro-Card!
BB Accomplishments: I won 1st in my class in Figure and Overall winner in November 07. I also won the Master's division in Bodybuilding , same show!

Goal (Short): Win My Pro-Card!!!Seeking Sponsorship to help with my goal. Next big show; Nationals in Atlanta- November!!!!
Goal (Long): I have been competing off and on for 10 years. I have recently gotten serious this past year to go all the way for my Pro-card. I am competing in July 2008 at the Teen, Collegiate, Masters Nationals to hopefully, accomplish one of my goals in the Figure arena. I would also love to be a figure role model. Work in the booths, be in the mags, and all of that fun stuff.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 2 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 6%

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
High reps...low to moderate weights one day a week and 4 days later Heavy weights...low reps on another day.
What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Same as Biceps...I train them together.
What calf workout has worked best for you?
Heavy dropsets...and even heavy supersets of standing calf raise and seated calf raise.
