I took a weight lifting class at my high school and it went from an interest to an obsession.
Why I Love It:
I love the confidence and respect i get out of it. It also helps to have some muscle workin on the farm haha
How I Stay Motivated:
Over all im just never going to be satisfied with the way i look or how strong i am. I dont believe in limits so i want to see just how far i can go

Well pound for pound i am probably the strongest seventeen year old at my school haha

I decided to join the army a long time ago and when i set my mind to something i want to do it right and be the best at it. So i want to be stronger in every way possible. I want to bench press more, i want to run farther, i want to look intimidating, i want to move faster, ect. Overall i want to be physically capable to handle any situation i might be thrown into. And eventually i want to be able to join the special forces.

Workout Program:
Monday- i work my upper body focusing mostly on my triceps, biceps, and pecs

Tuesday- leg work outs

Wednsday- upper body, mostly shoulders and back. and if the weathers good i run about 5 miles on average

Thursday- legs again

Friday- same as monday with modifications

Saturday- run...

haha yep those holidays are tough! I didn't go to any cookouts but did cheat yesterday.. which I feel awful about! haha What can I say? We are only human! No more though.. I'm going to be suuper strict for the next month to see some major results!

Well I have a few.. I want to lose 9-10% BF. I'm at 20%BF now.. my goal is 10-11% BF. I want a 6 pack and crazy muscular leg! Which i will get! haha.. consistently eat clean and to do a competition in a year. How about yourself?

haha yea i sent in video after video, and if you dont train with one of the ufc stars you aint getting a shot... well my buddy jon koppenhaver did so i guess it could still happen
