When I Started:
Nov, 2008
How I Started:
Well when I was younger I got picked on for being "big chubby" etc. So when i was about 14 I decided to start jogging/running but to be honest I hated it. So I gave up and didn't do anything about it for a while then I decided to buy some weights, and I started just lifting a bit making it up myself having no idea what I was doing like you do? and only doing a bit now and then. And then i came across a site called "iwantsixpackabs.com" and then that got me started :D. I wont explain what that site includes I reccomend you visit though you dont need any weights to follow the 16 week plan :). And a few months after I watched a video of jay cutler (aka mr olympia) and that made me decide to take it seriously so now i work out pushing myself the the limits, and I LOVE IT :D.
Why I Love It:
Many reasons the feeling after the workout. Seeing your body expand. Aiming to compete in natural BB comps. I just really really enjoy it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at people's profiles on bodyspace and seeing their amazing progress. and being p*ssed off with myself when I dont do it. Tis just life.
BB Accomplishments:
none so far apart from starting ;).

I don't care how much I can bench. All I care about is how much I LOOK like I can bench ;)
consistency, efficiency, and planning! I train, eat, and think like I'm only a few weeks away from a bodybuilding show, all year round. I stay strict with everything I do and continue to push forward. start off by aiming for a reasonable goal. Achieve it, and plan a new goal. I do that on a daily bases, whether it's in the gym, school, work, or personal. How structured is your current eating habits/workouts?
Keep with and stay natural! Start slow and learn good form before trying to start adding weight. If you can workout with a powerlifter to learn proper form. Once you really get your mind into you won't need Vapor or X-plode to get pumped. I think that stuff is a waste of money, but if YOU like it stay with it. Stay with protien, creatine, and vitamins, those are the best supps. Keep it up!
