I saw his 2005 picture and he was really skinny.He has really work hard does deserves the reward in terms of body pump and power.I like his motivator technique that he looks at his old pictures when he was skinny and compares with today.
I was 110 pounds the first day I stepped in the gym and found myself quite underweight so I started to eat heavy protein/carb meals every 3 hours and that included weight gainer shakes. If you are on a lower budget and cannot afford the weight gainer, drinks lots of 2% or homo milk and or chocolate milk. Keep your workouts under an hour to conserve your calories becasue you will need a lot of calories and protein to gain weight. Good luck
