Why I Love It: Cause i feel better after working out and i am more happy with my appearance plus i have more confidence.
How I Stay Motivated: I'm a pretty determined girl and stick to my goals set, by eating healthy and cutting out all junk foods, soft drinks and alcohol a bit.
BB Accomplishments: Just want to tone up and loose some weight all over my body.

Goal (Short): I'd like to have a sexy body for summer 2009
Goal (Long): I am doing my own diet and exercise program.

To tone up i'm exercising more, cardio on my cross trainer and pushing myself every session to go to the next level and 7 different Ab workouts,and striving for that beach body !!!
