How I Started:
My boyfriend at the time got me motivated in training along side himself.
But, now that i'm no longer with that guy anymore i have had the will power to learn and train myself and strive to be a better person.
Why I Love It:
Cause i feel better after working out and i am more happy with my appearance plus i have more confidence.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm a pretty determined girl and stick to my goals set, by eating healthy and cutting out all junk foods, soft drinks and alcohol. Plus exercise is the key.
BB Accomplishments:
Just want to tone up and loose some weight all over my body.
Plus maintaining a healthy lifestyle and exercising both cardio and weight training i can see my body transforming.

I am doing my own diet and exercise program.
Maintaining a healthy diet plus regular exercise.
To tone up i'm exercising more, cardio on my cross trainer and pushing myself every session to go to the next level and 7 different Ab workouts,and striving for that beach body.
Hi there, why do you want to lose 7kg? that is alot to lose... and from your progress pics if you were to lose that much you would be losing a lot of muscle...
