How I Started:
It has always been my dream to be big, strong and lean.
Why I Love It:
I love natural bodybuilding because it's the ultimate test of one's passion in this sport. One's genetic potential is a given, so the variable input that I can influence is how much work and effort I put into this.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to maximize my potentials. I have been blessed with heart, discipline, and perseverance. As Layne always says, "Do not let anyone outwork you." I can and will outwork anyone out there.

3 weeks after my bodybuilding contest. I am slightly leaner in this picture than in the contest. I weigh 154 lbs. in the picture.
To remain lean this offseason while gaining muscle.
In short, I want to get big and shredded!
Goal (Long):
My eventual goal is to compete in the Mr. Philippines competition sometime in 2010, when I'm 25 years old. I want to promote and prove that natural bodybuilding "exists" in the Philippines, and that it can be done.
Bodybuilding ought to be a passion-driven sport, something that is integrated into a balanced lifestyle. More than just "showcasing" the best body that I can have on stage, it's the daily improvements and involvement in the sport (training, nutrition, rest, supplementation) that really matter. The process and journey count the most.
Hi there! I am really excited to compete next spring. I was originally going to be competing this fall but I had to push it back due to surgery. Thanks for the encouragement! I really appreciate it!
