So I am still at it.  Almost to six months of training.  I feel like I am making decent progress.  I am able to put more weight on the bars and getting some good development.  I have a new daughter, she is two months old now, I was worried that I wouldn’t get enough sleep when she was...

The first year with the quads was very crazy! I was working full time and also built a new house myself on the side...lots of stopping in the gas station for a mountain dew and chips or a honey bun...hence me getting up to 200 pounds!
